When they were establishing their presence in the Hagga Basin, the Slavers noticed that their slaves were often dying of heatstroke. They could not have their stock dying, so they developed this <Unique>Unique</> jacket to protect their slaves from the worst of the elements. Sometimes even the worst of people have good ideas. Just don't look too closely at the leather.
