Where to Find Industrial Pump in Dune Awakening

Industrial Pumps come from loot, not crafting. In Hagga Basin, almost every pump comes from Sentinel City and the Fangs of Maraqeb landmark next to it: 15 containers in total, with the two rare chests at 80.4% per chest. In the Deep Desert, check the Forgotten Caves. Bring tier-4 gear, because the guards hit hard.

Where to find Industrial Pumps in Hagga Basin

Only 15 containers on the whole Hagga Basin map hold Industrial Pumps, and all of them are in one area:

The remaining three are basic boxes just outside, also at 59.2%. Taken together, a full sweep of the area is the best pump run in Hagga Basin.

This landmark sits right next to the city, so loot it on the same trip. It has three basic containers at 59.2%:

The nearest tradepost is Pinnacle Station, handy for selling the rest of the loot.

Where to find Industrial Pumps in the Deep Desert

The Deep Desert changes every week, so we don't pin it. This week, the most reliable source is the Forgotten Caves: small ultra-rare chests there drop pumps at 33.2%, and other cave chests at 9.4%. A few lone rare chests elsewhere go much higher (76–90%, depending on PvE or PvP server), but they move every week. The finder below shows this week's spots:

Story instances also have a few pumps, at low odds: Blushing Cavern (23.4%), and Wind Pass, The Broodworks, The Ruins of Tsimpo and Smuggler's Run (10.8% each).

What Industrial Pumps are used for

The pump goes into 18 recipes and two base buildings. The main ones:

• Ornithopter wings. The Scout Ornithopter Wing Mk4 costs 7 Aluminum Ingot, 4 Advanced Servoks, 3 Cobalt Paste and 2 Industrial Pumps at the Vehicles Fabricator. A Scout needs four wings, so plan on 8 pumps. Mk5 wings take 2–4 pumps each, Mk6 wings take 2–3.
• Water tools. Blood Extractor Mk4 (4), Filter Extractor Mk4/Mk5 (5/6), Dew Scythe Mk4 (4), Focused Reaper Mk5 (6).
• Tier-5 weapons. Duraluminum Pyrocket, Scorchbolt and Shaitan's Tongue take 9 pumps each.
• Buildings. The Advanced Vehicle Fabricator costs 40 pumps, and the Large Water Cistern costs 20.
• Fluid Efficient Industrial Pump (tier 6): 3 pumps, 2 Plasteel Plate and 2 Silicone Block.
