Insulated Fabric drops only in Hagga Basin, and only in one small area: the villages and camps around Rockwarren Village, Khala Cavern, Mendek's Shithole, Windsong and Stonestep Village. All 20 containers hold it at a 100 % chance. Bring tier-4 gear, because you need this fabric for tier-4 and tier-5 water gear.
It drops only in villages and the camps around them: you won't find it in shipwrecks, outposts or the Deep Desert. Learn this one corner of the map and you know every source.

Farming tips
- Do the four stops as a circuit: Rockwarren and Khala, then Mendek's Shithole, Windsong and Stonestep. The whole loop gives 20 guaranteed drops.
- Khala Cavern also drops EMF Generators, so you farm two components at once.
- Use a sandbike or an ornithopter between stops. All the sources lie within a couple of kilometres, so the loop is quick.
- Several stops are Enemy Camps. Clear the guards before you loot, and keep your water topped up.
- Spend your first 4 on a Decaliterjon. It's one of the cheapest ways to carry a lot more water on long trips.
