The chain sits under the contract Help Needed at House Athar ("Discreet and reliable help needed at House Athar. Report to the Majordomo."). Its first step is simply to talk to the House Athar Majordomo in Arrakeen. Ask him about the banquet food and he hands you Inventory Check. After each contract, ask him about the next task.
The pin marks the spot where House Athar sets up the banquet goods you bring in. The Majordomo stands close by. If you don't see him right away, track the contract and follow its marker.
The whole chain stays inside Arrakeen. You need no vehicle and no special gear, so it's a good thing to do between Deep Desert runs or while you wait out a storm.

Fastest way through the Athar Banquet
- Read the crate list before you walk over. The answer is always the crate whose contents don't match, and you'll see it the moment you check KF582336.
- Check all three crates anyway. The report step needs all three checks.
- Keep both brandy crates. Don't sell or drop the fake one. The contract wants both delivered.
- Track each contract. Arrakeen has several levels, and the marker saves you from searching the wrong floor, especially for the tailor and the black-market vendor.
Common problems and fixes
- I can't find the third crate. It isn't next to the other two. Go through the round door; KF582336 is on the other side.
- The Majordomo won't take the brandy. You need both crates in your inventory. Open the contract to see which delivery is still missing.
- The dress step is stuck on the tailor. You need the Acquire Materials side contract finished first. Get the materials from the black-market vendor by the ornithopter pads and bring them back.
- I gave the wrong inventory report. No fix needed: the contract still counts and the chain continues.
